Positions Available: Licensed and Associate Therapists (see descriptions below)
We are seeking a Clinical Therapist to join our team at Collaborative Therapy Center. This is a full-time (20-30 hours) role seeing clients onsite at our Carlsbad office with stunning views in a Class A office building. Hybrid work is a possibility if the applicant and CTC agree the circumstances fulfill legal and ethical considerations. Therapist will be responsible for providing individual, couple therapy, and possibly group therapy, to clients across a variety of presenting issues. Presenting issues primarily include relational issues, grief and loss, anxiety, and significant life changes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and will demonstrate a commitment to incorporating evidence-based practices into their work.
Qualifications:
- Masters or higher degree in counseling, psychology, or related field 
- Valid clinical license in California 
- Direct clinical experience working with individuals, couples, groups, or families for mental health concerns 
- Experience with treatment planning and utilizing evidence-based interventions 
- Excellent communication skills with ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records 
- Knowledge of Simple Practice platform or willingness to learn 
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, flexibly and also effectively integrate into a team environment focused on our clients with excellent therapeutic care and hospitality 
- A commitment to ongoing professional development 
- A commitment to professional collaboration with your own team as well as collaboration with other professionals associated with your work with clients 
Job Type: Part-time for the first 3-4 months while building towards a full-time caseload, seeing 20-25+ clients per week.
Compensation: Based on experience, discussed during the interview process.

Position Title: Registered Associate Therapist - AMFT or APCC

Associates will be responsible for providing individual, couple therapy, and possibly group therapy, to clients across a variety of presenting issues. Presenting issues primarily include relational issues, grief and loss, anxiety, and significant life changes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, and will demonstrate a commitment to incorporating evidence-based practices into their work.
